TeamSPEAKā¢ is a structured and scenario-contextualised patient safety programme co-developed by the SingHealth Duke-NUS Institute for Patient Safety & Quality (IPSQ) with Inter-Professional Faculty from Singapore Health Services (SingHealth).
The resource shared here is taken from the 90-minute interactive workshop conducted at ISQua 2023. The session covered the sharing of concepts, tools and experiences from IPSQ, role-play activities to provide the participants with the opportunity to apply the speaking up tools shared in the workshop.
